The questions we hear most about staffing, rentals, alcohol, and how estimates work.
How many bartenders do I need?
We recommend one bartender per 50 guests. For events over 200 guests, call us so we can plan the bar setup and staffing together.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. Bartenders and wait staff have a three-hour minimum. Setup and takedown are included in the booked hours, so the minimum is total on-site time.
Do you provide alcohol?
No. The client purchases alcohol from a retailer. AZ Bar Staff does not sell or provide liquor. We help you build the drink list and shopping list, then handle service.
Can I rent a bar without booking staff?
Rentals are add-ons and there is no package prerequisite. Add a pop-up bar, side table, or trash cans to your estimate. For a rental-only plan, call to confirm availability.
What does Title 4 certified mean?
Title 4 is Arizona’s alcohol seller/server training certification. Our bartenders are Title 4 certified, and the company is licensed and insured. An event COI is available on request.
How does the estimate work?
Choose bartenders, wait staff, hours, rentals, and extras. The calculator shows an itemized subtotal. It is a planning tool, not a booking. Call 480-866-4655 to confirm availability and final details.
What is excluded from the estimate?
Estimates exclude travel, tax, gratuity, and alcohol. Those items are confirmed separately when you call.
Do you travel outside Phoenix?
We serve Phoenix metro and surrounding Arizona communities. Travel beyond the metro may be available; call to confirm travel details before booking.
How do I book?
Build your estimate, then call 480-866-4655. We will talk through the event, confirm availability, and finalize the details by phone. There is no online booking or payment.
